GENERAL FAQ

Embargo is always free entry, unless we have a ticketed special event on.  Check out the What’s On page for more info.

Dress to impress, but we don’t have a strict dress code at Embargo.  Gents are welcome to wear thongs and shorts.

There is 480 car bays available at the Point Fraser Car Park at the entry to Embargo.

Parking is free for the first hour and only $2.50 per hour after that.

In the evening parking is a flat $5 from 6pm – 6am.

Embargo On The Point has several different outdoor areas, including the new ‘Embargo Deck’ beer garden and newly licensed Embargo Dock on the jetty!

You’re welcome to bring your kids to Embargo, as long as they are supervised at all times. We have a special kids food menu, as well as ice creams and juice. We also have a whole games room especially for the little ones, so bring them along and we’re sure they will love it just as much as the adults!

Embargo is a fully accessible venue.

We love your four-legged friends and they are more than welcome at Embargo On The Point, as long as they are kept on their leads at all times – we even have our own hashtag!  #DogsOfEmbargo

Dogs are only allowed in the outdoor bars and areas at Embargo.

Embargo is a non-smoking venue, but we do have a smoking section inside the venue.

Monday – Tuesday:  Closed
Wednesday – Thursday:  12pm – Late
Friday:  12pm – Midnight
Saturday & Sunday:  11am – Midnight

BOAT/DOCK QUESTIONS

Embargo On The Point has a private jetty which our guests are welcome to use at no cost. Download the attached form and return it to info@embargo.com.au at least 24 hours before you arrive.
